"I Promise Your Baby will Sleep” Remedy
You know when you fall into the wormhole of technology- not the mindless instagram scrolling- but when you discover a gold mine of information and knowledge that you never knew existed?
Jessie Reimers is not only a guru on essential oils, but recently I discovered she attributes much of her recent success to oils and tapping.
I am giving complete credit to her for this recipe. However, what it’s done for my family’s sleep is too good to not be shared. My teething toddler has slept straight through the night for the past month since I’ve been using this protocol.
Want to know the recipe? I first used the rollerbottle on Evelyn’s spine and then using Jessie’s ratios created a larger diffuser recipe from it. Since busy mama’s are a commonality, I decided to make a large 4 oz bottle of the recipe so I could simple drop from it into little E’s diffuser and our master bedroom diffuser.
Try it friends!
10 ml Roller bottle:
10 drops Copaiba (settles nervous system)
5 drops Frankincense (grounding)
5 drops Vetiver (calms mind)
3 drops Patchouli (clearing)
3 drops Juniper Berry (oil of the night/ keeps away night terrors)
3 drops Green Mandarin or Bergamot (self assurance)
1 drop Cedarwood (sleep inducing)
Fill rest of way with fractionated coconut oil
4 oz glass dropper bottle ( I made this large because if you’re like me- you like convenience and something to last a few months):
240 drops Copaiba
120 drops Frankincense
120 drops Vetiver
120 drops Patchouli
64 drops Juniper Berry
64 drops Green Mandarin or Bergamot
24 drops Cedarwood
In addition, here is the tapping technique that Jessie and Brad have created to use alongside this oil recipe.
The emotional freedom technique (EFT) is a self-help technique that involves tapping near the end points of “energy meridians” located around the body in order to reduce tension and promote a deeper mind-body connection. This technique goes by a few different names, including Emotional Freedom Technique, EFT Tapping or simply Tapping.
Go ahead and give this oil + tapping combination a try and leave a comment below about what you think!
