OOTW - Ginger

If you've ever done a cleanse or if you're an avid juicer, you're used to seeing ginger as a main ingredient. Ginger essential oil is derived from the fresh rhizome (underground root) of the ginger plant - known for it's hot and fragrant flavor. It's mostly used for it's digestive aid properties but it provides a lot more health benefits when it's ingested or diffused:

  • Diffuse or take internally to soothe headaches or nausea (a couple of drops in your water bottle helps a ton if you have trouble traveling!)
  • When you want to add the sweet, spicy flavor to a meal, simply use Ginger essential oil in the place of whole ginger

  • Reduces bloating and gas when taken internally

  • Diffuse in your home for a grounded, balanced feeling

  • Add to your morning smoothie to support healthy joint function and provide antioxidant benefits

  • For a warming muscle soothing massage, add to Fractionated Coconut Oil and apply to sore muscles

Try this invigorating fall diffuser blend:

  • 3 drops of Ginger
  • 2 drops Rosemary
  • 2 drops Lemon
  • 1 drop Eucalyptus
  •  1 drop Wild Orange
  • 1 drop Clove
