Evelyn's Big Girl Room Reveal
Come and see Evelyn’s new “Big Girl” room now!
The first thing you see when you walk into the room is her Macramé swing! Evelyn absolutely LOVES this swing, she’s constantly jumping into it, standing on it, and laying on it.
We got her swing from Adelisa and co.
The baby doll crib is made by my father’s dad for me. He gave it to me when I was two- right before he passed away. I love that Evelyn now plays with her babies with it.
In the first closet, to the right when you walk into the room, we keep all of her clothes. We put her dresser flush up against the wall and it fits perfectly there!!
On top of the dresser, I keep her diapers, roller bottles, and some polaroids from Christmas!
In her second closet, to the left, we’ve set up her teepee and her kitchen play set.
We moved her pink Dahlia chandelier upstairs, which looks so cute against the clouds we had painted onto the ceiling. In the corner, we placed her doll cabinet. I attached her lollipop baby monitor to one of the knobs of the cabinet for the perfect view of her naps!
On the ceiling in her room, we had painter Jessica Burns. come in to paint candy clouds. She did an amazing job! She also did the pink walls and the stripe wall, exactly how we pictured it for Evelyn! Here is her number if you’d like to contact her: (931) 304-7167.
Her big girl bed is the bed I slept in growing up and her doll hutch was mine as well as the madame alexander dolls in hutch. I love her fascination with them!
In her second closet, we put in her play kitchen and her teepee. We also keep all of her books in here!
